Tours of the complex are given weekdays and include complimentary tastings of the company's product. Visits are free, and no reservations are necessary, but you must wear closed-toed shoes. A gift shop on the premises offers souvenirs, including pilsner glasses, sweatshirts, caps and posters.

APOLLO BEACH. Once believed to be mermaids, docile manatees are now an endangered species. In winter, when ocean temperatures drop, they flock to the heated water discharged from Tampa Bay's power plant. From the observation platform, visitors can watch the marine mammals bask in the warm water, enjoying a respite from the cool bay. An educational building, complete with mini-theater, instructs visitors on the habits and lives of manatees while outside, nature trails wind along the banks and through picnic areas. Vending machines are available on the premises, and a gift shop sells related merchandise. Excursions generally take 1.5 to 2 hours.

YBOR CITY. Sponsored by the Ybor City State Museum Society and the Chamber of Commerce, these walking tours wind through one of Tampa's most historic (and vibrant) districts. Led by a local resident, the tours last about 1.5 hours and begin at the museum. They go through the gardens there and then move out into Ybor City itself. Guides share the history of the area and also provide details about particular buildings and current developments. Participants should wear comfortable clothes and shoes. The tour price includes admission to the Ybor City Museum and Casita.
